Meadows, Philip Clayton

74, died Friday December 12, 2014 of complications arising from a rare, inherited disease, amyloidosis. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Alyce-Anne Achauer Meadows, his son, Andrew Meadows (Stephanie Brinkop), his two daughters Jocelyn Hawley (Aaron) and Alyssa Sass (Matthew), and grandchildren Olivia and Hugo Meadows and Teagan Hawley. Phil was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and an active member of Shadow Rock Congregational Church.
