Mr. Victor Keith "Vic" Johnson of Sequim went home to the Lord on Thursday, September 5, at age 70. He was recently diagnosed with a rare disease called AL amyloidosis. Mr. Johnson was born in Detroit, Michigan, to Carl Keith Johnson and Alberta Weick Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Laura Johnson.Mr. Johnson served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and received a Bachelor of Science from Armstrong College in Berkeley, California. He lived in Oakland, California, for 40 years, and after short residencies in Novato and Grover Beach, California, he and his wife, Julia, retired to Sequim in 2010. He had been a real estate appraiser since 1984.He leaves behind his wife of 11 years, Julia Johnson. He is also survived by his first wife, Patricia Johnson of Pleasanton, California; their two daughters, Meghan Johnson of Anchorage, Alaska, and Sara Taylor of Arroyo Grande, California; and grandson Lucas. He also leaves behind his stepdaughter, Robin Rask of Seattle, Washington; and stepson Erik Rask of Honolulu, Hawaii.
