MITZI CHERYL BOZARTH, age 67, passed away in Corona, CA, on June 9, 2016, with her husband by her side, after a 6 year battle with Multiple Myeloma and Cardiac Amyloidosis. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on November 9, 1948 to the late Albert M. and Mary G. Stern. After moving to Anaheim, California, in 1963, she met her soulmate, Gerald (son of the late Willie O. and Anita L. Bozarth), at Magnolia High School. The high school sweethearts were married in 1965 and had two daughters, Kelli and Marcie. In 1975, they moved to Corona, California, and have continued to live here for the past 41 years. She worked as a school secretary in the Corona-Norco Unified School District for over 25 years. After she retired, she dedicated her remaining time on this earth to loving and supporting her family and friends. She was the beloved wife of Gerald Bozarth; devoted mother of Kelli Seibert and Marcie (Kenneth) Kozar; loving nana to Michael Seibert, Madison Seibert, Jessica Kozar, Ryan Kozar and Julie Kozar; sister of the late James (Sondra) Stern and Megan (William) Such; sister-in-law to Jeanette (Ray) Vermeulen, the late Genelda (Peter) Lindsay, William (the late Alyce) Bozarth, James (Georgia) Bozarth, Beverly (the late Michael) Hicks, Linda (Conny) Ericcson and Gary (Sandy) Bozarth; and many cherished nieces, nephews and cousins. She will always be remembered as an overwhelmingly generous and gracious, remarkably strong, extremely devoted, kind-hearted and self-less woman. Even during the most difficult moments of her struggle with cancer, she wanted to help others before allowing them to help her. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
